Your personal Care Consultant will help you assess your needs and will share information, expertise, resources, and referrals so you can adjust your plans and your need and priorities change in the future.
What is Reviewed?
We help you centralize all of the personal, financial, business, legal, and end of life information that someone else would need to manage your affairs if you were unable.
We will provide you with the knowledge and resources you need to evaluate and inform your current and future decisions.
Is it Confidential?
The information you share with your Care Consultant is confidential.
You choose what information to share and what you would prefer to record yourself.
What is Included?
Your engagement will include:
- Consulting: Individual (3 sessions) / Couple (5 sessions)
- My Data Diary+ family information management tool
- Customized report of information, resources, recommendations, and referrals.
